Pure culture of anaerobic bacterium Agar plates transported in anaerobic conditions (biobag, anaerobe chamber, etc)

Anaerobic transport vial

Broth (thioglycollate, chopped meat, etc)

Collection Processing Instructions

Submit pure culture of organism in anaerobically transported agar plates to keep turn-around-time of identification to a minimum.

Organisms submitted in an anaerobic transport vial or in an acceptable broth media will require subculture for 48h prior to identification.

Do not send primary plates or plates with mixed cultures. Multiple organisms submitted will be identified and  charged separately. Delay in identification will occur.
