Generally the sample is drawn just before the dose of cyclosporine is administered (for trough levels)

Therapeutic trough levels (for immunosuppression):
Canines 100-500 ng/mL
Felines 250-1000 ng/mL

There are a number of clinical indications for cyclosporine use and a number of drug interactions.
Each patient response differs.  Drug monitoring should be individually tailored to meet patient needs.
