Useful For
The Cardiolipin IgG, IgA, and IgM assays are useful in identifying elevated levels of antibodies to phospholipid-protein complexes. Elevated levels of these antibodies are a diagnostic feature of the anti-phospholipid syndrome. The anti-phospholipid syndrome is an autoimmune disorder with significant obstetrical and vascular complications.​
